• Dry tea (with good taste) - 2 oz
• refined sugar - 1 pound
• Arrowroot or cornflour - 1 oz
• Fresh milk - 2 lbs
• Water - 10 oz
Preparation:
The hot water and remove quickly from fire when boiling. Rinse the teapot with hot water and put in tea leaves. Pour boiling water into the teapot. Entering 8 to 10 minutes. Relieve the infusion and keep aside.
Boil the milk. Subsequently, a mixture of sugar, arrowroot (or cornflour) thoroughly and add the boiled milk. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Remove from heat, add tea infusion, stir and freeze.
