Coffee Recipe Calypso I

Ingredients:
• 1 / 2 oz white rum
• 1 / 2 oz dark crème de cacao
• 5 oz coffee
Oz • 1 1 / 2 whipped cream
• 1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
• 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation:
Pour the rum, coffee and cocoa in a cup of Irish coffee and sugar to taste. Float cream on top, add amaretto, and serve.
