Hot Tea Punch Recipe

Ingredients:
• 5 bags of your favorite tea from our collection of traditional teas
• 6 cups water
• sugar 3 / 4 cup
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 8 whole cloves
• 1 1 / 2 cup orange juice
• Juice of 1 / 3 cup fresh lemon

Preparation:
Bring to boil first 4 ingredients in a large heavy saucepan over high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add orange and lemon juices to punch. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Warm up before continuing.) Using a slotted spoon, remove whole spices. Serve hot.
