Jelly Coffee Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 5 minutes Ready: 6:10 min

Original recipe yield 4 servings

• 1 package (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 3 tablespoons white sugar
• 2 cups of fresh coffee

Dissolve gelatin in hot water in small bowl. Pour gelatin mixture, coffee and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour coffee glass for single servings or large pot of Cubing. Chill in refrigerator until hard, 6 to 7 hours.
