Recipe For Ginger Tea

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Ready in: 25 min

Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 2 teaspoons honey
• ground ginger 3 / 4 teaspoon
• 3 individual tea bags
• Milk 3 / 4 cup

Preparation:
In a small saucepan, boil the water. Add honey and ginger. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add tea bags. Cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add milk, heat through (do not boil).

Nutritional Information:
1 cup equals 80 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 12 mg cholesterol, 45 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrates, trace fiber, 3 g protein.
