Tea Health Benefits

Much has been said and written about the amazing benefits of tea. So, in fact, it is often difficult to separate fact from fiction. What are the scientifically recognized benefits of tea? The following is a brief summary of recent results.
1. Aging: 
If you are the type of button on the appearance of wrinkles, age spots and other signs of aging, oolong tea may be the answer to your concerns.
